Workforce Development Software
As Chief Technology Officer and co-founder of Baltu Technologies, I supported all company activities related to technology development and distribution. The technical team I created leveraged immersive technologies (ie. augmented reality, virtual reality, machine learning, spatial computing, natural language processing, digital twins, mixed reality, metaverse) to create next generation software.
As part of these efforts I spearheaded the development of our cutting edge workforce development software, SuperDoc. This system used a multi-modal approach to deliver information to complete tasks in real-time. In addition to my duties as the Chief Technology Officer I was responsible for user research, UI/UX design, and software distribution strategies. SuperDoc was optimized for rapid content delivery on all major desktop and mobile platforms.
